Tourist Visa

Documents required:

1)  Valid Passport At least have six (6) months validity.

2)  Color photograph (3.5cm x 5 cm) without border blue background.

3)  Bank Certificate.

4)  A copy of the National ID Card.

5)  Utility Bill such as electricity, telephone, gas or water bill (not more than 6 months old).

6)  Certificate from the employer (Leave of Absence).

7)  Visiting card.

8)  Office ID card.

9)  Six (6) months bank transaction report.

10)  Proof of Accommodation.

11)  All old passports must be submitted with a visa application form.

12) Confirm Airplane ticket.

13)  Endorsement* of foreign currency equivalent to US$500/- per applicant (Endorsement* should not be older than 1 (one) month.

Medical Visa

Documents required:

1)  Medical certificate, in detail the medical condition of the patient.

2)  Recommendation from the attending Bangladeshi doctor for availing treatment abroad in case of the first visit.

3) Recommendation from the attending doctor in Malaysia in case of continued treatment in Malaysia.

4)  Copy of NID/Birth certificate.

5)  Utility Bill such as electricity, telephone, gas or water bill (not more than 6 months old)

6)  Endorsement* of foreign currency equivalent to the US $500/- per applicant (Endorsement* should not be older than 1 (one) month).

7)  Medical Invitation letter from Malaysia with the specific date mentioned.

8)  All previous medical original documents.

9)  Proof of profession (Office ID, Visiting card).

10)  Current passport and all old passports.

Student Visa

Documents required:

1)  Valid Passport At least have six (6) months validity.

2)  Visa Application Form

3)  Color Photography (3.5cm x 5 cm) without border, blue background.

4)  Cover Letter.

5)  Medical Insurance.

6) Acceptance / Enrollment letter issued by the Malaysian Institution/University.

7) The original certificate of the previous studies.

8)  Proof of payment at a Malaysian Institution/University. (Tuition Fees Payment).

9) Documents confirming the sufficient financial resources (of the sponsor).

10)  Certificate of Bank and 6 months Bank Statement (Sponsor).

11) Certificate of employment with monthly salary statement (Sponsor).

12)  Visiting card (Sponsor).

13)  Office ID card (Sponsor).
